I’m 52, but I still love to hit the weights a few times a week. I’m methodical in my approach, so I have solid data for n=1. I lift early in the mornings, most lifters know we’re stronger in the afternoons. Optiforce is my “cheat code!” I feel awake, alive, and strong for my 5X5 push pull split. I was able to move up on all my weight at the same perceived effort (hopefully reaching failure on rep 25). Most notably, my job is in public education, so I don’t want to take a preworkout that makes me smell colors, feel angry, and then deal with a hard crash.
