Honestly, a good clean feeling preworkout. I’m not partial to any one or and because I’m always experimenting but I would say this is the best one I have used. It’s just a much cleaner, clearer feeling and focus. I have noticed that if I have taken their nootropic earlier in the day it adds to the mental focus. Trying some diff nootropics but I’ll be sticking with this pre workout.

I feel like it’s the perfect wmount of hypeness and tinglyness and I feel like I don’t have to depend on it and the flavor is amazing . I got the blue and watermelon ones, sometimes it taste too much like chemical 😋

I've tried several other pre-workout supplements in the past with minimal success, and sometimes undesirable side-effects. This is honestly the first one I have tried that has given me a noticeable boost for my workouts, without souring my stomach or giving me the jitters. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because the sour gummy flavor leaves a little to be desired. I got it for free as part of promotion with a creatine purchase, but I'd gladly pay for it in the future.
